You will need:
3 eggs, ½ cup melted salted butter, ¼ cup vegetable oil, 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13” baking dish.
Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, melted butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Stir batter and then beat until smooth. Spoon mixture into the prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes until brownies reach desired consistency. Remove brownies from oven. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Best served with a cold glass of milk, or a side of vanilla ice cream.
